Glueless Wig processing

I will need 7-21 days to make your custom units. Braided units we will need 14 days. Expedite service is 1-3 days for Glueless wigs, 7 days for braided wigs. This extra fee will put your order in first place. If client has multiple orders before theirs, this expedite automatically will put your order up next. Once we complete the unit, you'll get a tracking number. Standard shipping usually takes 2-4 days to get to any state in the US. Express shipping 1-2 days. Keep in mind it takes 1-2 days for payment to clear, within this time frame all clients must wait for payment to clear. If client want a faster processing RoBeautee LLC offers zelle payment with name & address, we will receive payment instantly.

We are not responsible for STOLEN packages.

We are responsible for lost products caused by USPS, UPS or FEDEX.

FULFILLMENT TIME

ALL custom orders require up to 14 business days to process & 3 business days for Ready to Ship custom wigs. An additional 2-6 days to be delivered after being shipped out. Please be aware that this time may be even longer during sales & special occasions.

Delivery times displayed at checkout reflect the estimated time it takes for your order to arrive once shipped. We purchase a shipping label and attach it to your order once the payment is received, but orders will not be shipped out until they are ready. All shipments require a signature upon delivery. Packages cannot be left at doorsteps or mailboxes. For international Shipping, please be aware that you may be subject to pay duties & taxes based on your country. SHIPPING DELAYS

For your convenience it’s always advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment or other engagement it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information we receive from our shipping partner UPS. We are not responsible for late shipments due to increment weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust UPS to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.

All wigs are made-to-order. Besides Ready to Ship wigs, all wigs are colored in-house and may be subject to some slight differences from the photos that are pictured.

If any product is out of stock, unavailable or if we are just simply unable to fulfill your order we will contact you immediately to find out if you are interested in receiving a substitution. If a substitution is not acceptable you may wish to terminate the sale in which case, we will refund the amount charged to your credit card.

If customers give the wrong address to us, contact us ASAP using the email. Once the hair is shipped, we cannot alter the location unless USPS ships it back to us. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE!
